Racing Return for Moodie on
the Cards
|
|
Reigning British Supersport Champion, Jim Moodie
could be back in the saddle of a racing bike before to long.
The
super quick Glaswegian has had recurring problems with an ankle injury
sustained last November, which has kept him out of action until now. His latest
operation has proved successful and he is now able to look at the several
offers of machinery in more detail.

|
It is likely that he will return to British
Championship competition, but in the hotly contested Superbike Championship
rather than the Supersport class. It is not clear as yet what marquee Jim will
represent, but a return at the Knockhill round of the Championship in August is
the first likely time he will compete.
So, the Jim Moodie saga
continues. Let's hope he can avoid injury for the rest of the year and resume
his successful career at the very top of the sport.
