RICHARD Quayle clinched
his first Isle of Man Centre road race championship title with another brace of
record breaking wins on the Mark Johns RC45 Honda at Jurby airfield on
Sunday.
Prior to heading off to Northern Ireland
for a two-day meeting at Kirkistown this Wednesday and Thursday, the
Milky Bar Kid was once more on superb form astride the big 890cc
machine.
However, he again blotted his copybook with a tumble from the
R6 Yamaha in one of the support races. Nick Crowe and Darren Hope similarly
tied up the sidecar honours with record laps and race times on their 600 Ireson
Yamaha.
