A past president of the Manx Grand Prix Riders Association has organised a tribute and fund raising evening in memory of TT legend Joey Dunlop. George Ridgeon has arranged the event for Saturday, October 20th at the Newport Towers Hotel, Newport, near Berkeley, Gloucestershire. Money raised at the tribute will go towards the Joey Dunlop Injured Riders Fund and the MGP Helicopter Fund, with donations to the MGPRA and cancer and meningitis charities. Tickets are £10 and the hotel will provide a meal of chicken and chips for people who buy them in advance. Cheques should be sent to George at 3 Chosen Drive, Churchtown, Gloucestershire, GL3 2QS.
