| Manx Grand Prix 2001 - What's On?

Although the Manx Grand Prix has been cancelled, there are still people expected to travel over to the Island. Therefore, we have taken the time to compile a list of the events taking place over the next fortnight in the Isle of Man.

22nd August - Concert for Voice Organ - At St Thomas's Church, Finch Road, Douglas. Tel 01624 675609
22nd to 23rd August - Ken Dodd - At the Gaiety Theatre from 8:00pm. Tel 01624 625001
24th August - Beachcross - Port Erin Beach. Contact I Lees, 10 Cronk-y-Berry Ave, Douglas.
24th to 26th August - 9th International Jazz Festival - At the Villa Marina. Weekend ticket £28. Tel 01624 622530
25th August - World Tin Bath Championships - Tin Bath Racing, Snake Racing and many other aquatic events to be held in Castletown Harbour from 4:00pm to 6:00pm
25th August - 1st September - VMCC Rally - 25th Social Run starting at the Grandstand 2:00pm; 26th Road safety run starting at the Sea Terminal at 10:30pm and Castletown gathering from 1:00 - 5:00pm; 27th, Main event lap of the TT Course starting at 10:30am; 29th, Roads closed parade from Ballacraine - Ramsey run starting in Laxey 10:00am - Display in Ramsey 12:00 noon with presentation at the Villa Marina from 7:30pm; 31st Roads closed parade from Ramsey - Grandstand; September 1st Social run from the Grandstand from 10:00am.
