Great coverage from the BBC. Pity the weather wasn't better, nightmare for the organisers.
IMHO I think they should have shortened the other two races by a lap and then they could have given the super twins their race.
Just my opinion.
At least the weather should be good for Saturday.

I thought they had been given leeway to use others days if the weather was bad?
I was there in 2014 I think and the Thursday was wet but they did run the races sort of Friday was brilliant weather and Saturday was absolutely torrential rain and racing was totally cancelled .
It was the only visit I`ve made because of the weather being so unpredictable.

Wish I could establish exactly what the bracket/frame modification is about. Nothing to be found anywhere that clarifies what Ryan has done. If, as he says, it's a bracket, it seems terribly unfair.

what i saw was great
ill catch up with full viewing at some point
rules are rules
if its something silly then i agree but it could be that its a lot lighter or allows the chance to move something that makes the bike better
im sure we will learn more

that tyre debacle is a shocking lethal disgrace, you would hope it's nothing to with a post-covid reduced manufacturing budget or testing schedule .... it's the first very high top speed race meeting and the tyres are delaminating ... honestly - how does that ever happen these days ??......i'd also be intrigued as to how they can test anywhere before the TT under conditions that match the extremes of the rear wheel not being in constant contact with the track surface and to properly and safely determine just what has gone wrong with the tyre carcass.

Ryan Farquhar claims that the alteration is nothing but a bracket, the organisers are saying it was a frame modification. Unfortunately, a claim by martimotoracing, Jean-Yves Bian's team, is suggesting the bike was found to be 700cc. This claim needs putting to bed by the organisers before it gains traction. Below is a supposed statement posted by Ryan on a site to which I don't have access so I am unable to verify its authenticity.
