Got through and got car/family on 3rd to 11th but got rather p****d when I asked about trying to get rider and bike on same times. Made me feel soo bad I gave up so no bike again next year 😕 great customer service

Good man Hammerhead!! I have just got through and in the queue thank god!! Fingers crossed regarding the sailings, 0820 on the phone, mobile and landline got through at 1035, all forgiven if the sailings are the one we want.

Done!! Go out on the 4th at 0215 and back on Senior day at 0845 which is a pain. The next ferry after that was the following Tuesday! We will see the Superbike race on the Saturday so not too bad. That's it sorted for another year, go over on Saturday just in time for the good weather. Have a safe one everyone.JAT

Maybe i was being unfair. It may be 'working' but cannot cope with the flow despite computers supposedly being able to do a billion things a millisecond or some such nonsense.

It's a right ol pain in the neck all this the websites busy phones jammed up on hold, the same old every year, just keep cool and think it will be worth the Argo in the end. I wonder what system would work?even a pay up in full now line would be jammed I should imagine judging by the posh campers and tackle you see at the TT now.

I started ringing at 8.30am this morning, pressed the redial button constantely til I got through at 11.10am, was on hold until 11.40am. I got sailings, but not the ones I wanted.
You used to be able to get through on the direct number 661661 by putting the 01624 number first, but they have stoped that as well!
The website just keeped saying I was timed out.

ciomtt the website kept timing me out as well, and when it didn't it was just busy.
I too tried the 661661 number first but it seemed to be out of service, even though it is mentioned in places on their site. I suspect as it's their busiest day they only activate the 10p a minute line!
From what has been said it seems to be a pretty consistent half an hour from joining the queue to getting through. Took me from 8.20 to 9.30 then another half an hour listening to their adverts. We go practice week as the lad is at school so it's probably easier for us to get the dates we want than most.

I think they have made the 661661 number accessible from the Island only, although I did use from across last month.
I could get the sailiing I want now via Regency Travel, but you have to buy a package.
There's a suprise!

I emailed the STP in march to find out when the bookings became available and they told me on the 1st at 08.30, so why then start it hours earlier. I would have been extremely annoyed off if I hadn't got what I was after.
