Sat-nav GPS isn't always very accurate for elevation. When I take mine on the ferry, the trip log shows some surprising slopes on the Irish Sea!
The steepest part appears to be between the 60m and 50m contours, which measures around 80m horizontally, so a 1/8 slope.
Yes, so 33,5 metres on 560 metres is not far from your result.
From High View Road crossing where the downhill starts to steep more, to the bottom of Bray Hill (Tromode Road crossing) it is 385 metres according to an on board computer. The difference in elevation on that part is 26 metres.
