Incidentllay the dear man will be blissfully unaware of our excitement at the moment as he is entertaining passengers on a cruise. Don't know when he's home, but I'm sure the Min of Fun can find out. Go for it, Malcolm!

I took some photos of Norman during that delay at the Manx.He was brilliant,falling about all over the start line.I also have a great photo of him sitting in the bus shelter at Alpine Cottage with Gail,watching the racing.There could be nobody better to start a race.

What about Billy Connolly (as well), his trike would look well trolling the Mountain on Mad Sunday. Suppose we could not get Ewan and Charlie to come over as well, might stretch the budget a bit that lot!
