Looks like these two will be able to win in the national classes in Ireland next year.These pair look like they have the ability to be the top 2 in Ireland on the roads in 2-3 years.Their progress so far is unbelievable.

Certainly is. The worry about new talent was unfounded. There's loads of it about, especially in Ireland...Pity it will be so long till the racing starts again.

Porter even finished 6th on a fireblade at the Sunflower races in Ireland in the 1000cc races,ahead of many experienced riders.wonder if Porters team will stick with the Hondas or move to Suzuki power,if they did it wold be a big help.

Saw Guy at Scarborough in July, very impressive, his recovery after having both feet off the pegs over the jumps was remarkable. Any relation to Chris and Ken Martin ?

Guy Martin is the son of Ian Martin who raced during the 1980's, a regular at the TT and Scarborough, and comes from Kirmington, Lincolnshire.
