Is it me?
Or is it incredibly quiet in here considering we will be there 2 weeks tomorrow?
There are no bits of interesting gossip.
No rumours.
Nothing......
Have people lost interest?
I am sure that its not the case!
Even I have taken until today to really
get in the mood!
But I have the excuse of a house move to distract me!
Must get the bikes and trailer out tomorrow and make sure everything works!

We are stopping at the Point of Ayre lighthouse this year! So, may see some of you up there..
Or better still, for a pint at the Sulby Glen one evening! Now, THAT made it seem real!
Take care everyone.
Lets have a good one...

Could it be the NW 200 ?

Re: Strangely quiet? - Anonymous - 09-05-2003

I've been thinking it very strange that there's been no mention of any of the recent road races on this board.
Sadly I will not be at the TT this year for the first time since 1985 however I'll be over next week for Jurby Road.

I agree that the interest is NOT building as it did only a couple or so years ago....

Sad------------------------------------------
Remember the days when there was a great big build up !!

However it WILL build after we see what happens at the NW 200-----A lot of interest in the Triumph Triplets Jim John and Bruce...

I would like to see them do well in both NW and TT.

Just as I ask, it is granted!

That boost about the Triumphs is just what was needed!

That will liven things up.

Lets hope for the best.

Mike

Dont forget, last yesr we had been starved of TT racing

Dont forget ,2001 was a write off,so lead up to 2002 was a chance for fans to aire their veiws over 2yrs.Early season form tells me ,the man to beat at TT 2003,is RYAN FARQUAR.he has served his apprentiship well,MANX, TT , ECT.

Good luck RYAN.CHEERS BARNESIE.
