TT star Guy Martin won't face further action after an alleged 22 minute lap of the race course on open roads.
Island police say they're no longer making inquiries into the story first seen in the Sunday Times.
The article quotes Guy who claims to reach up to 180 miles per hour on the Sulby Straight in an Aston Martin.
Police are reminding both locals and visitors many roads have speed limits, especially leading up to the TT.
Inspector Derek Flint says the police will do whatever they have to, to ensure safety on the roads.

I wonder how much they spent on that one if it was more then two mins and twenty P it was money wasted , but then wasting money is something the IOM do well
