FIRST BLOOD TO SHAKEY AFTER FREE PRACTICE AT BRANDS HATCH - Malcolm - 14-10-2016

Shane 'Shakey' Byrne has ended the opening day of free practice at Brands Hatch fastest as the Be Wiser Ducati rider set the pace ahead of tomorrow’s first of three races at the Kent circuit this weekend to decide the title.

The pace intensified in the afternoon session and despite the cool conditions the times continued to tumble and the top 15 riders were covered by just 0.8s.
