RE: Real Ale / Cask Ale on the island. - warrior - 22-05-2017 And a nice little trip on a spare day is to take the lunchtime steam train from Douglas to Castletown, and pop in to The Sidings which as its name suggests is next to the station, they always have half a dozen real ales on, and nice food too. Then jump on the late afternoon train back to Douglas, ideal for a leisurely afternoon session.
