I read a while back that he wouldnt be coming this year due to the clash of dates with BSB, but he is now on the entry list, is this correct?

The "Official Site" has been threatening for months to put these up.
So far, zilch!

I'm pretty sure that the first official list of entrants we will see will be when the Official Programme goes on sale about a week before Practice starts.
As far as Michael Wilcox is concerned, I'd imagine his entry went in before the clash of dates was confirmed. As far as I know he's a definite non-starter for the TT, which is a great shame. The 125 entry is thin enough as it is this year without losing Michael.
