Anyone know why Darren wont do the TT anymore, was it 99 the last time he rode, seemed competitive enough, I remeber him being interviewed on the Duke Video of that year

According to one of Darran's sponsors, Noel (Nibbles) Johnston, it is too expensive to do the TT properly, Darran has a full time job and it is that what keeps the family.

Thats right , Supermac was not a lover of travelling , but i do recall him racing at Oulton Park -AND-WINNING!, possible that he may have beaten Barry Sheene that day!

Ray did do Oulton Park, got the Dromara Destroyers badge he gave me, and he never missed sailing tp the Southern.
We limped in unison having a wander round the NW paddock last year.
