Looking on the Douglas webcam,can anyone tell me what appear to be straw bales are for?
Is it some kind of plan for bad weather to hold races in Douglas? that would be great to watch from Busheys!!!!

I read that there is to be a display of kart racing on the prom & I'm guessing that is why they are there ?
