That's 2 hours 45, as opposed to 3 hours 45 of this new boat. I know it could travel faster & it's to save fuel, but we're 116 years more technologically advanced now!! or are we? No point in going any quicker unless you can gain another round trip in the 24 hours, to maintain a regular schedule. Otherwise it wastes loads of fuel and strains the engines and they cannot keep to it in rough weather which makes a mess of the punctuality figures. |
