Yes, seen Johnny and the Roccos many times.
First saw them during the early 80`s at the Majestic at Onchan! (long gone now).
Bob Fish (lead singer) is a great supporter of the TT & Manx & has been involved in sponsorship in the past. He lives in Hawick and knew Steve Hislop quite well, I believe.
Not sure where they`re playing this year, best ask at Tourist Imformation when you get off the boat.

They played at one of Brian Reid's dos in Hawick a few years back too.

They have done a public dance in Lybster in their time.

Re: Johnny and the Roccos - Anonymous - 17-05-2005

That would have been the British on the Quay. I saw them at the previous Manx, playing in the back room of the Waterloo pub just before it was 'refurbished'.
That must have been the smallest gig room on the Island. Good though.
A great band. A three piece rockabilly type outfit. I'm sure they'll be around somewhere this TT!
