Happy Birthday to David Griffiths today.
He's got a nice birthday present from Isla Scott today
after over an hour consulation...........an exercise
programme to help get him get back to Race Walking.

Thanks for the messages. I feel every year of my age at the moment, especially as the body decided a few months ago that being an active athlete is a seriously bad idea. So I've had no alternative but to spend the summer sitting in the sun and drinking beer instead - it's a hard life but someone's got to do it!
