Sad news. Richard Burns - thewitch - 26-11-2005
Although he wasn't a motorcycle competitor, I know many on this site will have been admirers of Richard Burns, and followed his rally success, and then his fight against cancer. Sadly, he lost that fight last night. Richard was only 34 and leaves Zoe, and his family.
His friend Markko Martin, who saved their lives when Richard collapsed at the wheel of a road car on the motorway in 2003, leading to his diagnosis, has had a bad year with his co-driver dying in an accident this season. My thoughts are also with him.
