Well all of us pensioners who live in the sticks are finding the cost of heating oil a bit heavy going.

Amazing what sells on Ebay.

"No Bids Received." And from what I hear Ralph needs the money.

- GarryD - 18-01-2006

Charlie, Didn't Ralph own a company making body panels for cars etc,

- thewitch - 18-01-2006

Yes, he did, but I don't know if it still exists. Heven't come across Ralph for a long time. Don't think he or his wife keep so well.

- GarryD - 21-01-2006

Thanks Helen, sorry to hear that Ralph and his wife aren't too well. Be nice to see the trophies bought by a museum so fans can veiw them.

There is a string on iomtt.com about this as well.

John (Mago) Magans, is in contact with Ralph and there is a possibility of a fund being set up with interest from America as well.

Hopefully it will enable Ralph to raise some money and keep his life time of acheivements intact.

Edit:

I have since heard from Mago that Ralph wants to deal with this in his own way, so........nothing we can do........IS THERE ?

They have been on e.bay before including the cabinets. I beleive the reserve then was 50k but they did not attract any bids.
From recent prices achieved for similar at auction I believe Bonhams to be a better bet
