New members - thewitch - 28-02-2006 Lots of new members recently. That's great...welcome to you all. Hope you read and post and get involved...costs nothing, and it's great fun. Please, please, please...and this is for some of you veterans of ttwebsite too...fill in some details about yourself, and let us know a bit about what you like, etc. - Tom Loughridge - 28-02-2006 Would not be the ACU TT Curse licence that's created the interest in the site would it. No that was not a spelling mistake either. - thewitch - 28-02-2006 Well, the fact that people are encouraged to speak the truth here, and that real racers, of whatever kind are respected and enjoyed, might help...isn't that what the ACU is supposed to be for??? Whatever your reason for joining..happy to have you, and post...like they used to say about voting...early and often! Start an argument if you like...we enjoy those...but don't be personal, lie or mudsling. So........who's going to win the sidecar TT? Who'll be the top 125 at the Manx? Can the Southern 100 follow that epic event last year?... - Tom Loughridge - 28-02-2006 Come on then you newbies and the silent oldies no more lurking get posting sidecar winner - tappo - 28-02-2006 moly no doubt ,the mans incredible i know it wont be me but if we can get in top 20 will be made up ,missed a season last year due to acatch up operation so just fizzing tobe back and to get inmy old watering hole the new inn at laxey ,roll on. - Tom Loughridge - 28-02-2006 Had a good few jars tonight have we then Tappo, lost your way around the topics? looks like you have already been to your old watering hole, safe home. reply - tappo - 28-02-2006 funny you should say that tom yes ihave had a couple a wee drams what was it the spelling !! - Tom Loughridge - 28-02-2006 I could not work out your post connection to this topic, or it could be the Bushmills finest. - thewitch - 28-02-2006 No no...he's right enough...I asked who would win the sidecar TT... - Tom Loughridge - 28-02-2006 She's got it by George, she's got, I cocked up. - Fitz - 28-02-2006 I'm New, can I post? Don't be surprised to find Nick Crowe and Hopey pushing Moly all the way this year, I don't think they will be a DISTANT 2nd place at all. Steve Norbury will be there or there about as will Simon Neary. Klaus Klaffenbock for top 5 anyone? - MV - 01-03-2006 Fitz! You are about as new as I am! Just "toe the line!" (private joke) What about you, young man? Where do you expect to finish, this year? MV - Fitz - 01-03-2006 Hi Mike Sorry I have meant to be in touch with you sooner but much going on over here this year at the moment. Two things: 1: Despite my best efforts I have been unable to find a bike for you at present, I have not given up yet though but running out of ideas, will keep you posted. 2: TT = Touchy Subject with me at the moment. I have had to pull my entry for this year and am totally gutted at the moment, but work commitments mean I can't have the time to race until at least July  Please PM me with your number (no expensive mobiles please, manx telecom charge the earth) and I will give you a call with more info. Cheers Mate - MV - 01-03-2006 Hi Fritz. dont worry about a bike, but thanks for trying. I have been talking to John McCloskey, a mate of wade Boyds, lives in Douglas. He may have an iron for me to use. Its not the end of the world if I dont get one. I will be grateful just to be there... As for your racing? I am sorry to hear you are having problems. Just fancy guys, he lives in the Island but cant get the time off to race! Bummer! I will PM my home number, or maybe you should PM me yours? I can foot the bill. Sorry, any references to feet is not intentuonal!! ;-) Cheers, MV Mike |
