Roads Closed Notification - ttwebsite - 19-05-2006 The main roads known as the TT Mountain Course SHALL be closed to the public for the 2006 TT as follows:- Practice Saturday 27th May No Morning Practice Evening - from 6:00pm until 9:30pm Monday 29th May No Morning Practice Evening - from 6:00pm until 9:30pm Tuesday 30th May No Morning Practice Evening - from 6:00pm until 9:30pm Wednesday 31st May No Morning Practice Evening - from 6:00pm until 9:30pm Thursday 1st June No Morning Practice Afternoon - from 1:45pm until 5:00pm Friday 2nd June No Morning Practice Evening - from 6:00pm until 9:30pm Saturday 3rd June Afternoon after Racing completed until 6:00pm Monday 5th June Afternoon after Racing completed until 5:00pm Wednesday 7th June Afternoon after Racing completed until 5:00pm Races Saturday 3rd June From 12:15 until 9:30pm Monday 5th June From 10:00am until 5:00pm Wednesday 7th June From 10:00am until 5:00pm Friday 9th June From 10:00am until 5:00pm Notes In the event of repeated bad visibility or adverse weather conditions etc, additional practice sessions may be arranged as follows:- Thursday 1st June Evening from 6:00pm to 9:30pm (in case of postponement of the afternoon session) Saturday 3rd June Afternoon from 12:15pm until 9:30pm Sunday 4th June Afternoon after racing completed until 6:00pm Tuesday 6th June Afternoon after racing completed until 5:00pm Thursday 8th June Afternoon after racing completed until 5:00pm The public will be notified of any changes, by local radio, to the planned itinerary of the event. DON't Forget Sunday the 4th of June - from 10:00am until 7:45pm the Snaefell Mountain Road will be ONE WAY from Ramsey Hairpin and will revert to TWO Way traffic after the passage of a Police Vehicle displaying "Roads Open Two Way", leaving Ramsey Hairpin at 7:45pm. |
