Ended up very drunk last night...................thanks Larry banana brew strikes again.
I bumped into Steve Gibbons today shopping in Douglas.
And also I saw MV
Practise out at Gorse Lea was brilliant. I'll leave it to JF to to post a full report.
No beer tonight early start in the morning for the bus run.
Top tip for Saturday.................. the Guinness will be great

Note for NJ I only had the tomates and beans and butter free bread.
I did avoid the fried eggs suasages bacon hash browns and black pudding none of these item is in keeping with losing some weight in time for the Manx. :wink:
