FORGIVE ME IF MY MEMORY IS PLAYING TRICKS, IT HAPPENS WHEN YOU GET OLDER, BUT DID i NOT READ ON ONE OF THESE FORUMS AROUND TT TIME THAT RACEGUARD HAD BEEN EITHER CHASED FROM OR EXCLUDED FROM THE PADDOCK/GRANDSTAND AREA AND THEREBY DENIED THE OPPORTUNITY TO PROMOTE THERE INTERSATS IN RIDER SAFETY, WOULD BE A GREAT PITY IF I READ CORRECTLY AFTER ALL THE EWFFORT AND STIRING WORK THEY PUT IN.
IF IT IS CORRECT YOU CAN UNDERSTAND CHATLIES SILENCE, HE ALWAYS HAD PLENTY TO SAY ON THIS AND OTHER FORUMS. ANYONE CONFIRM I EITHER READ CORRECTLY OR MISUNDERSTOOD SOMETHING

Larry,
to the best of my Knowledge he has not, the last time I heard any thing from Charlie was when I was at the S/100 and spoke to him on the phone.
