Will there be Massed Starts for the TT Races on the S100 Course? - John Foster - 05-04-2008 I'm sure that this question will already have been addressed, but I've missed the answer. Will the TT Races scheduled for the S100 Course have a mass start, as is the case with all other races at Billown? If the answer is "yes", then have the risk assessors done their job?
