A phone in quiz contestant on Radio 2 has just wished all MGP competitors well for this years Manx...............said he was a mate of Dave Taylor.

that's right! I was as surprised to hear about this as anyone - he's called Steve Collingswood and he's big music fan. It was really nice of him to give us all the free plug on national radio!
