ihope the dates you have on the main message board for the manx are wrong i thought that it was from sat 16 aug and first race would be 25aug

I've had the same misunderstanding too. Like you, I thought that the practices commenced on the 16th and races on the 25th, and I've followed this up on a a number of websites that say the same thing, so it looks like you were right initially.

Practice DOES start on saturday 16th August with racing starting on Monday 25th
