why for this years manx is there a new lower fuel tank capacity down to 24 litres, means that some twins in the senior classic will have to stop and others mainly exspensive singles will go through funny that?

Actually now that I think about it this is really sad never again will we see some enterprising hero try for four laps on a tank of 32 litres at the Manx.
I can only assume this 24 litre applies to the Senior TT as well so Winston Mc Adoo will not be able to try his three lap tatic with Ryan
