John Donnan Memorial Run - George - 24-08-2009
The John Donnan Memorial Run will now take place on Sunday 27th Sept this year with details of the run route being announced closer to the time. Despite the weather, last year’s run was successful enough to purchase 10 pole protector bales which have been used at most of the road races this year, and been greatly appreciate by the clubs concerned.

This run is run anually and Amelia the late John Donnans partner deseverves a lot of credit also a big good luck to Wayne Kirwan at next weeks MGP who is racing for the JD'S Race team.

Due to a clash of fundraising events on the same weekend, Almelia has changed the date to SATURDAY 26th Sept.
Meet up as usual in Woodies Carpark in Drogheda at 12 noon and leave enmass sharply at 12.30 inorder to meet up with the second group at the Newry Driver Test Centre for 1.30 and then on to the Tandragee circuit (arriving approx 2.30) to place family flowers where we lost John. Amelia and the Team will be serving refreshments from the Team Truck.
