Grandstand paddock improvements??? - nedflanders - 10-03-2010 I was up the grandstand at the weekend expecting to see some sign of work going on to improve the conditions to the paddock area, but not a thing has been done!! After last years fiasco caused by the weather I was sure that there would be improvements. I think its disgusting that riders and their families who come here for the TT and the manx are subjected to these awful conditions.
