Great predictions warrior and Silja
Everything will be alright in the end. And if it's not alright, it's not yet the end.

Thanks TTNeb, but I did over estimate by 21/100th of a MPH lol, let's see what the Superstock and Senior brings us though.

Given fine weather could the Ulster be up to 136?

You're right there. Don't forget the NW too. Could this be the year.

I was ruminating on the subject of a 133mph lap on a stocker as I was walking into work.  Its an astonishing feat of skill and engineering.

Without wanting to spare a whole other debate - the idea that one of these is available for purchase to ride on the roads and that people actually buy them is just ludicrous.  No wonder so many people find themselves in difficulty - things must happen very quickly with that much power on tap.

Just think about this. Back in the States where I came from originally, they have all kinds of restrictions on age of racers, but there's virtually no restrictions on private owners.

So there are 18 year old kids on the road with practically no instruction since the US motorcycle license is very easy, and they're perfectly legal to own those 220 hp bikes.

I bought my first 1000cc when I was 27, a Ducati 996 salvage title and even at 27 I was stupid enough to get in trouble on it.
