New one is not complete yet.

Buildings and roads are nearly finished but linkspan work has yet to be even started so some months yet.

The Steamie told me that it probably won't be ready until after the racing season and that all sailings will be from the current landing stage.

Link-span and floating pontoon have been craned in this week so looking much closer to finishing.

Anyone know what's going on with this yet? The last I heard was that Manannan did a berthing trial in March but as of a week later, Tynwald had not made an agreement with the Steamie about using the new facility. I sail in just over 3 weeks - be handy to know where from!
