I note in the VMCC rag that Bill Snelling has died.

There is much work from Bill on the classic part of the main website and a myriad of photos.

Bill was also gracious enough to respond and supply some info I needed to assist me with this site shortly after Malcolm's passing.

More than that I cannot add as I never met him, but he was an encyclopedia of knowledge.

I met Bill on many occasions. He really was a delightful character, and will be sorely missed by those who knew him.

I met Bill several times. Last time in Woolen Mills in Laxey. He was very delightful and was happy to share his knowledge about the island.
I got a book he had written when I was in Laxey, I believe in 2022. Rest in peace Bill.
