get video clips changed into a format that I can send as an attachment off my nokia phone.

On the phone they are a 3gp file and with the nokia software I can view them on my computer but if I try and send it to someone and they don't have the nokia phone browser software it can't be seen or played.

Also when I save a clip from my phone onto my computer it seems lose half of the clip...........and the quality is poorer.
