RE: Don't forget the live NW200 coverage from tonight
I suspect that if you want to watch the BBCi coverage you need to be on BBC Northern Ireland when you press your red button. ?

I'm told that if, as I did, you find that the broadband falls over a lot, try the narrowband, which, while less clear, seems more reliable. This advice from a highly respected TTwebsite member!!

Posted by Larry Carter over on BSB Forum
Back on again tonight, a full shift this time starting at 5.30 right through until 9pm at http://www.bbc.co.uk/nw200
Phil McCallen and me in Pit Lane, Dave Moore and Stavros in the comms box and we'll have the helicopter shots tonight also so we can see right the way round the course, not just the coast road.
Some minor problems still with streaming that we were not expecting but tonight should be a lot, lot better and then on Saturday, I shall spare you the technical details, but the stream is being re-routed so should be totally glitch-free (fingers crossed)
Depending on how you access the site (the above link is best), have a play with your settings/preferences and try a differnt application (ie try Real Player if Windows is troublesome etc)
And remember to e-mail us at nw200@bbc.co.uk with your comments, we'll read the best ones out!

RE: Don't forget the live NW200 coverage from tonight
Sorry for my rant last night, it may have come across as a touch insensitive but it wasn't supposed to be that way, it was the sheer frustration at the internet, like going back to when we first got these picures and they kept breaking up, I just wished that we could have had some talking so that we knew it was still broadcasting. As one of the sados that has to be at work at not at the NW where I'd love to be it is very frustrating when the thing breaks down. On reflection the BBC have done a sterling job. To make matters worse for me I have to miss the event tomorrow as we've got to go to Cheltenham for an athletics meeting my daughter is in.
Deepest sympathies to Roberts family at this testing time.
Russ
Meanwhile back on planet earth..........
