Can anyone help me to remember the name of the man who won the ride on a Ducati in the parade lap. ( I think more brain cells have deteriorated thanks to Manx Ales !)

He has a name like "Eugene O'Neill" or "Elmo Rule" and I would like to get his name correct for my write up.

The guy's name is Orville Rule and he didn't make it to Ballaugh as his front carb popped off, and by the time he'd twigged what it was, he'd already been caught by the course car and stopped from continuing. It was easily fixable but not in the 30 seconds or so he had to spare.
