This was my 1st visit to the MGP and 1st time as a marshal.
Apart from the poor weather and some unfortunate incidents I will be back again next year.
Regarding doing the marshal job I think more would get involved if more incentives were on offer perhaps free travel could be arranged?
The sector marshal and his deputy were great(Brian & Andy) very easy to get on with & when giving instructions on what to do were nice and clear on what was expected of you,as it happens there were no incidents where I was.
One of the none race highlights was the VMCC meeting in Castletown they even got the weather for the event.
It was good not to need to have the latest R1-GSXR-CBRR-??? to feel that you fitted in.
