Mirror.co.uk BSB - Evo rider Hudson Kennaugh has split from the championship-leading MAR Kawasaki team ahead of the triple-header Snetterton round this weekend.

Kennaugh leads the title standings by 28 points from main rival Steve Brogan on the Jentin Racing-BMW Motorrad, but has chosen to quit the team and in a shock move is expected to line up alongside Chris Burns with the Splitlath Aprilia squad from this weekend.

Kennaugh joined the MAR Kawasaki squad at the start of the season and has wracked up three wins and six further podiums in the Mirror.co.uk BSB - Evo class so far this year.
