after an eventful trip we have arrived in England. But my bike won't start (CBR1000)with the startermotor. we have exchanged the battery and the startermotor, put a direct lead from the battery to the startermotor but still the bike won't bark into life....(The tick of the starter dosn't turn the engine fast enough) The only way is to bumpstart it ... any ideas??? Is there anyone on the island who knows a solution to the porblem? our sailing is tomorrow.........

Sounds like the starter motor may be burnt out ?

Ask at Tommy Leonard Motorcycles in Douglas he is a Honda dealer & may have come accross this problem before ?
