My mate got me some goodies from the back of the Grandstand, whilst I was taking photos elsewhere on the course. Very sweet of him - there's a hat signed by Ago & Phil Read, a Klaffi jacket and a couple of signed books.

Only trouble is, he couldn't remember how to spell "Boakesey", so when Mark Gardiner asked him who to dedicate the book to, he said "Just say 'To Liz' "....

Dozey beggar.

No-one - I mean no-one- ever calls me Liz (well, not if they know me, anyway) !!!!!!

So I'm now stuck with a choice - rip out the offending page, which would be a shame, or ask around to find a fan called "Liz" who would like a nice signed book for herself (or perhaps as a gift from someone).

I don't want any money for me, but a donation to the Joey Dunlop Foundation / Helicopter Fund would be nice.
