I think your idea does have some merit.


Back in the 80s in France the French insurance companies in cohoots with the French government announced huge increases in insurance premiums for French motorcyclists.

French riders rights groups took it upon themselves to set up their own insurance company...................and I'm sure it's still operational today.

Wish I could remember the name it was FFMCS or FMCCS or something like that :roll: :?
