Stephen Watson announced on tonight's local news, that the BBC will be showing two of the NW200 races live on tv (via the red button). Presumably, that may only be available on BBC1/2 Northern Ireland, although I think Sky transmit those on the channels 973/992(?) nationwide.

The streaming last year was excellent, with commentary, and free too!...compared to UTV's previous paid-for 'coverage'. Not sure if this years streaming is free again, but it would be worth paying for, and they said last year that they aimed to improve on it.
