Amazing freak weather conditions have been experienced today on the Isle of Man.
First noticed by a local photographer as she was pegging the washing out, a phone call to the local Met Office at Ronaldsway was needed to confirm said phenomenon.
The screencap from the Manx Radio webcam confirms it:
For the first time in ages, a BLUE SKY has appeared and temperatures appear to be in double figures - good news for all our tented visitors at the Grandstand quagmire, no doubt.
It is anticipated that the good weather will last right up until the first bike engine starts up this evening, after which, normal (soggy) service will no doubt be resumed....
But in the meantime, let's have a sing song and celebrate this fortuitous event.
All together now:
The sun has got his hat on...........
