Keith Amor Injures Shoulder
Information on the damage Keith Amor suffered in his spill at Quarterbridge last night.

It has been revealed that he has damaged some tendons in his shoulder and will not be out in practice tonight (Thursday).

He has been advised to rest for a day.

Hopefully he will be out again for a last night of practice on Friday.
