Recently retired road racing legend Ryan Farquhar will return to the 2013 Isle of Man TT races, fuelled by Monster Energy, in his new capacity as team manager and will field a hugely impressive line-up of eight machines across all of the solo races.

The KMR Kawasaki team will have its greatest presence in the BikeSocial.co.uk Lightweight TT with four riders lining up in the all-new red, black and white livery. Leading the way will be last year’s third placed rider and current lap record holder Michael Rutter, the Midlands rider adding the 650cc ER6 Kawasaki to his Honda rides in the 600cc and 1000cc races.

In another major coup for the team, they have a second potential race winner for the three-lap race in the form of local hero Conor Cummins who will be having his first ever outing in the Lightweight division and his appearance on the entry list adds not only further strength in depth but also ensures it will be one of the most fiercely contested races of the week.

The third member of the team will be Jamie Hamilton who comes into his second year of racing on the Mountain Course. The full time member of KMR Kawasaki will start at number four in Friday’s race and, if he continues to make the progress already shown, he’s a definite dark horse to be amongst the podium places.

Newcomer Gavin Hunt completes the Lightweight line-up whilst 22-year old Hamilton will contest the five remaining solo races with outings on a Kawasaki ZX-6R in both Monster Energy Supersport races as well as the Dainese Superbike, Royal London 360° Superstock and Pokerstars Senior events where he’ll be on board the team’s Kawasaki ZX-10R.

Brian McCormack will join him in contesting all five races. The Waterford rider will be contesting the TT for the fourth successive year. Having already lapped the Mountain Course at 123.541mph, the 29-year old is sure to benefit from the skill and expertise within Farquhar’s mightily impressive squad which will be one of the most instantly recognisable at the event, both on and off the track.
