Had the privilige of knowing Steve as a friend for over twenty years and the absolute honour to watch him race as often as i could.He was not only one of the most genuine people you will ever meet but one of my hero`s. As someone i love dearly said a few months ago "save us a space in the paddock" Steve. Our thoughts are with Steves mum,his boys,family and friends.
