"Hizzy" - One Mans Tribute
Ian Huntly, as we all know is a TT afficionado and is one of the best known supporters of the TT ever. He became friends with Steve, over many years and is obviously feeling so sad at the loss of not only a great motorcyclist, but a friend.
He has spent some time over the past few days, putting together, a tribute towards Hizzy, and I would ask all of you to take a look at it.
It clearly shows, to me at least, just how much Steve meant to Ian, and in my opinion, a brief note to Ian would not go amiss.
You can view Ian's tribute by clicking on the link below.

Re: "Hizzy" - One Mans Tribute
Thanks, Ian, for putting into words and pictures what so many fans around the world feel.
I am reminded of the words of a poem that was sent to me years ago:
We've heard the news, it's hard to bear.
He was so respected by all, we weren't expecting the final call...
Alas, no more will we see his face,
Alas, no more will we see him race.
The end of an era, but, a legend forever,
Perhaps God is getting his team together.
It matters not how a man dies,
But, how he lives,
The act of dying is of no importance,
It lasts so short a time.
Godspeed, Steve.
