Going over with the wife from Saturday until Friday. We've booked a holiday flat in Port Erin.If the weather's as good as the last couple of years,I won't be complaining. We've been doing the coastal walk in stages for the last few years,so the plan is to finish the rest of it.Only about 25 miles to do!!
I am going Monday to Friday from Liverpool. I am taking 4 mates who haven't been before. Can't wait.... a freind is riding in the Supertwins Brian Appleton.

How far is Castletown to Snaefell up the Millenium Way?.. I have been saying i am going to walk it for 10 years now!
Couldn't make our usual Sunday to Friday on the bike due to other holiday commitments but flying in on the 4:15pm from Liverpool on Wednesday for a couple of nights - with no delays and a fair wind should be track side for the start of racing.
There are good viewing places all round the course.Personally,I like Church Bends and sitting on the bank on the bit between Ballanorris and Ballabeg hairpin.I believe Iron Gate is very good as well, but haven't watched from there yet.I'll be having a look this year.
almost anywhere is good to watch at the southern
stadium corner with good refreshments from the football club
church bends is a must even if its just to see them almost scrape there helmets off the wall on the exit
castletown corner for last bend kamakaze move on last lap
as i said almost every where
the southern 100 is fantastic
the only down side is its now getting so popular the steam packet have decided to up the price to tt prices
All packed and Flying out of Stanstead in the morning, should make jaks on time to watch F1 qualifying. Only bummer is I have to fly home early on Wednesday to load up and set off to brands for the weekend
Setting off for Liverpool in just over an hour for the 11.15 sailing. We're on the same coast and it's windy and raining here with the sound of thunder in the distance. It looks like it might not be the best crossing ever.
