Chris Walker at the TT
I know Chris Walker's only just switched to sidecars so it's a bit early to think about the 2016 races (in fact entries for 2016 are probably closed) but I wonder if he'll think about competing in the TT in 2017? It would definitely raise the profile of a class I really like but one that doesn't seem to gain the respect (and coverage) it deserves.

How about Chris Walker & Michael Dunlop on Sidecars at the TT, that is something guaranteed to raise the profile of the class, and not beyond the realms of possibility in the future either.

Chris Walker and Michael Dunlop competing in the Sidecar TT races? I like it!!!

Freddie Dixon won both solo and sidecar TT's back in the 20's and Nigel Rollason won an MGP and a sidecar TT in the 70's and 80's period so it can be done and successfully too.

It's pretty sad to rely on solo riders to raise the profile of a class which unlike the solo classes actually attracts the best in the world. Good luck to Chris though, he's got time on his side to be a very good sidecar racer, Moly is 50 odd and he's still going strong and looked good at Aintree last weekend!

I'd be interested to know who the 'best in the world' are for solo road racing.

If it's not JM, MD, Hutchy, etc.. Who are the best road racers in the world?

I mean the sidecar class attracts world champions like Tim Reeves and the Birchall brothers, the solo's don't.
